Am sure you want your website to be easily accessed by visitors and be seen on google when searches are been made? then you need to submit a site of your blog to the Google search console. Now let's quickly get the basics of the terms sitemap and google search console.
WHAT IS A SITEMAP:
A sitemap is a file which provides information about files like videos, images, pages and others of your website and the relationships between them and it enables google to crawl better on your webpage.
WHAT IS GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE:
Google search console is a free service offered by google to help web owners monitor, maintain and troubleshoot their site's presence in Google search results. However, it's not a must-do process to signup
for Google search console before your site or its content will appear on Google search results but Google search console helps you understand and improve how google sees your website.
In this tutorial, I will be using a step-by-step procedure and some screenshot photos to illustrate how to generate and submit your blogger website's sitemap. However, also take note of all the words written in bold style.

HOW TO GENERATE YOUR BLOGGER SITEMAP
STEP 1:
Search for Blogger sitemap generator on Google, select the option that reads: Generate an XML sitemap for google and bing, Paste your blog URL in the free space (including https://yourblog's URL. com). Click on the generate sitemap option, and a link of your sitemap will be generated after some seconds, copy the generated sitemap link from the word "User-Agent", to the end of the sitemap link.
STEP 2:
Open a new tab in your browser and navigate your blogger dashboard(Blogger.com), Click on the settings option, scroll down and select the Crawlers and indexing, enable custom robot.txt, click on "Custom robots txt", paste the copied sitemap link on the free space that appears on your screen and click save.

STEP 3:
Open a new tab once again and search for Google search console, Click on the first result that reads: Google Search Console Tools, click on the Start now icon that shows up on the new page, and put in your blog URL(domain or subdomain.com) and click on Continue, click on the dropdown menu in front of your blog's name at the left side of the screen to select the blog you want to submit the sitemap for (i.e if you have multiple blogs on Google search console or just skip that part), select the sitemap option at the left side of your screen.

STEP 4:
At this point you are to go back to the tab where your blog's sitemap was generated and copy the sitemap link again, but this time from the word: https://yourblog's URL to the end of the link.
STEP 5:
Come back to the google search console tab and paste the link you copied in the Add a new sitemap space and click submit. A success sign in green colour will display under the status of your sitemap submission to show that it has been submitted to google.
Note: You are to submit the generated sitemap to your blogger custom robots txt. located in your blogger dashboard settings as explained in STEP 2 before pasting to the Google search console in other to achieve success in the submission, because Google search will not accept any sitemap that is not linked to your blog.
