Where do I find the widget's settings in blogger?
I can't find it in my dashboard home view options!

In this tutorial, I will demonstrate a step-by-step method of how you can be able to navigate your blog widget settings and make the changes you desire.

WHAT ARE BLOG WIDGETS
Blog widgets refer to any tool or content that you add, arrange, edit, or remove from the sidebar of your blog in other to beautify the blog, give it a standard look and also help visitors navigate their way around your blog.
TYPES OF WIDGETS
Blogger
widgets are numerous in types and functions, but I will be making a list of some
of them, you can get the rest of them when you follow the steps I will be
dropping on how to implement widgets on your site here in this post. Below is
a list of blogger widgets;
Popular Posts Widget:
The Popular
Posts widget is an important widget which displays a list of the most
engaging posts in your blog and the most engaged posts at times are the
topics which can draw visitors' attention to viewing the posts no
matter the date they trended.
v Profile Widget:
The Profile widget is mostly used in a personal blog, it is a good but less important widget to some bloggers as it is responsible for the
display of the blog owner’s bio or any writeup the blog owner has made about
themselves.

Latest Posts Widget :
Latest posts as the name sounds is a widget that displays a list of the
recent posts update of a blog and. The name of the widgets can however be
changed by the blog owners to whatever they think describes the widget better, but its function remains the same.
Page List Widget:
It’s very important to have a page list widget on your blog. A page list widget displays a list of the pages in your blog, it helps your visitors locate pages they are looking for in the blog. A page can also be placed on multiple sides of the blog and the blog owner also have control of choosing the pages you want to display on every side you have placed the page widget.

Search Bar Widget:
The search widget is a micro-sized but also an important widget that
makes it easy for blog visitors to navigate their way around the blog with just
a search.

Label Widgets:
This widget also brings at ease the search of posts a visitor will want
to read about, the Label widget is a widget that displays lists of every post’s
category in the blog making it easy for visitors to make a choice on the type
of posts to come across in your blog.
Attribution Widget:
The Attribution widget is mostly found in the footer axis of
the blog, it is used for giving attributes to who has made possible the design
of the blog. It can be changed in most themes but is sometimes unchangeable In the free versions of themes.
There are
so many other awesome widgets you can add and make effective on your blog, but
we will be taking the above-mentioned list for now and you will be able to discover others as
time goes by.
HOW TO FIND WIDGETS
v Locate your Blogger dashboard(Blogger.com)
v Click on the Layout icon on the left side of
your blogger dashboard
HOW TO EDIT WIDGETS:
A list of
widgets has been displayed on your screen after clicking the Layout, and you may be thinking of how to
make changes. You can add, rename, rearrange and remove widgets to how you find
it best.
ADDING WIDGETS:
If you look
carefully, there is an ADD GADGET option in the top, main view, and
footer layers of your blog. You can add a widget by tapping on the ADD
GADGET icon. You will be directed to a popup list of widgets available for
you to add to that section of the blog and all you have to do is choose the
widget you want.

RENAME / EDIT WIDGETS:
After adding
the gadget you can click on the EDIT sign on the gadget to change its title to your preferred one and make changes to how you want it to display.

REARRANGING WIDGETS:
The position of your widgets can be rearranged to suit your style or a way you think fits best for your visitors to locate their way around your blog, It is mostly called a drag and drop process. In rearranging your blog widgets, all you have to do is to left-click your mouse on the widget and move the mouse to the location you want still holding the left click.

REMOVING WIDGETS:
In other to remove widgets from your blog, all you have to do is click on the Edit icon on the widget and then select the remove option at the bottom of the edited widget.

Note: If you find it impossible to move and edit some widgets, you should make research about the theme applied on your blog because some widgets are unchangeable in some themes I prefer to keep confidential. And Gadgets are the same as widgets, don't let the name confuse you.
